Services Not Covered with Membership

While many services are included with membership, some procedures may be billed separately to your insurance for reimbursement. These services may include medications, diagnostic imaging and certain surgical procedures. If you require house calls or support specialists, you may be billed separately. Ambulances from 911 calls are not able to be received at the New York facility. If members need transport for non-life-threatening conditions, private transport can be arranged.
